New Build & Project Management
We aim to give the owner the best possible result by delivering independent representation. We act as a liaison between yacht and yard. Our work can act as a complete overview or initial planning. We can do work list compiling and scheduling, on-site project management, commercial compliance, contract consultation and negotiation as well as independent representation. Because we work independently from the shipyard we deliver you a transparently-managed project with a focus on quality.
Conversion
We have helped a number of clients convert vessels for luxury yachting, or to be explorer yachts. The process is specific to each vessel and client. We have the expertise to source yards, and pull together specialist teams to get the job done.
Refit & Maintenance
We take an over-arching approach to refit and maintenance projects. That way we can deliver a solution which meets a code requirements as well as syncing with the way the vessel is used. We source top quality tradespeople who deliver results.
