Diverse Projects will work with the client from "start to finish" on his/her new build project in any shipyard around the world.

- Liaise with Designer, Naval Architect, Engineers, etc. and owner
- Ensure the specification corresponds to owner's requirements
- Find appropriate shipyards for the project
- Help negotiate shipyard bids and later on the contract
- On site quality control at all times
- Owner's representative in the shipyard
