Diverse Projects will manage the entire build of your new yacht in what we call a "Virtual Shipyard", and where you the owner have full control of every aspect of the build.

We select the best location and sometimes locations, in order to utilise New Zealand's marine industry's resources to its full potential and provide the best access for the contracted companies to build your dream.

We can secure industry trade discounts because we deal directly with suppliers or the local agents. We have built strong working relationships with all suppliers from engineers to interior designers, managing all aspects of the build so that you can enjoy the finished product.
